About the SA App
This is the official Sonny Angel Application (called SA App in this app) provided by Dreams USA Inc. Here you can find the latest information on new releases. Membership registration is free and there is no annual fee. Please take this opportunity to register as an SA member.

About SA Official Store and SA Points
If you register as a new member with the same email address as you use on the Sonny Angel Official Online Store USA (called "SA Official Store" in this app), you will be able to earn SA Points based on your purchases.

The SA app uses a notification function. If you turn on the notification setting, you will be notified of the following information. We suggest you enable notifications for this app to keep current on all Sonny Angel developments.
【Use of location-based service】
The SA app uses your location information. If you allow the App to access your location, you can use the following functions. On the store menu, you can use the GPS function and area search to quickly find the location of official stores near you.
We suggest you allow the App to access your location.
This app is free of charge, but data usage charges for downloading and using this app may be charged by your carrier and are the responsibility of the customer (including additional data usage charges incurred when upgrading this app or reconfiguring it should the app need to be updated or reinstalled).Please note that the App may not be available depending on the the strength of your internet connection. Please be aware of this in advance.

Member ID : Your membership number will be displayed as a barcode.
Point Items : You can check the status of the point items you have applied for.
Bookmarks : You can check the bookmarks you have made on the pickup articles in the list.

How to Join SA App Membership
If you forgot your password
You can reset your password by clicking "Forgot your password?"
Enter your email address and tap "Send Verification Code".
You will receive an " Verification Code" via email. The code is valid for 3 minutes.
Once you have entered the verification code, please enter your new password and tap the "Reset" button.
You will find the "Logout" button at the bottom of My Page> Hexagon Icon> Profile in the upper right corner.
About SA Points
What are SA Points?
You can accumulate "SA Points" on the SA App with the purchase of products at the SA Official Store. (This applies to those who have registered as members in the SA App Enrollment Method in the Help section. For details, please refer to the SA App Enrollment Method).
Once you accumulate points to reach the A Group (10 points) ,B Group (30 points), C Group (60 points) and D Group (100 points), you can get wonderful original point items available only here (not sold in stores)!
Inventory of the selected point items will be kept on the app for 90 days.
Please note that the point item you selected will be included with your next purchase from the SA Official Store. if you do not make a purchase 90 days after point redemption, you will have to apply for the item again.
How to receive point items
The SA point items are repeated at each 100 SA point level. The point item you can request for 10 SA points and the point item you can request for 110 SA points are generally the same.
As of August 2021, the point item for 10 SA points is a "pin badge ". There are three versions: "Rabbit," "Panda," and "Elephant". You can select a "Rabbit" for 10 SA points, a "Panda" for 110 SA points, and an "Elephant" for 210 SA points. More items will be added in the future, so stay tuned!
When you accumulate 100 SA points, you can choose between a special app-only mini figure or a New Year's card.
We plan to start accepting applications for New Year's cards on December 28th every year.
How to earn SA Points
You can earn SA Points by purchasing eligible items at the SA Official Store.
The SA Points you earn will not expire. You can accumulate them for as long as you continue to purchase from the Official SA Online Store!
There are other products not listed above that are eligible for SA Points. Please check the product page of the SA Official Store for the number of SA Points associated with each purchase.
How to check your SA Points
The App will reflect earned SA Points within about 2 to 3 business days after shipment of your order from the Official SA Online Store.
You can check your accumulated SA Points at HOME>SA POINT or My Page>SA Points.
You can check the history of your SA Point accumulation from "Point Details".
Type of Point Items (Prizes)
Point items can be found under Collections>SA Point Items. (Prize)
How to choose a Point Item(Prize)
You can choose a point item from a group of A Group (10 points), B Group (30 points), C Group (60 points) and D Group (100 points) ・・・・ depending on the number of SA points you have accumulated.
To order point items, please tap the "GET!" icon that appears when you reach the "Point Item Application".
After you apply for a point item, it will be held for you for 90 days.
If you purchase an item from the SA Official Store within 90 days, the point item will be included with your purchase when it ships.
You can choose one from the point item group.
A Group (10 points), B Group (30 points), C Group (60 points) and D Group (100 points) ・・・・ and you can choose one point item from the point item group according to the SA points you have accumulated.
Select a point item variation and tap the "Apply" button.
If your point item request is successfully completed, the App will indicate "Point Item" has been submitted.
You will receive a message , "Order and receive the item from the SAofficialStore within the next 90 days."
If you place a new order at the SA Official Store within 90 days of your request, you will receive your order and the point item you requested in the same package.
How to check the status of point items(prize)
You can check the status of your point items from My Page > Item List.
What happens if you don't make a purchase within 90 days?
If you do not make a purchase from the SA Official Store within 90 days, we will send you a push notification on the 80th and 85th day of reminding you of "Point Item Expiration".
When it expires, the item you requested will be removed from your point item list, but you can apply for it again if it is still available from the SA Point screen.
What if I achieve 100 SA points or more?
Once you reach 100 SA points, You can choose between a SA-App-only figure or a New Year's card.
Please note that if you request a point item after 90 days with no purchases from the SA Official Store, you may not be able to receive that point item if it is out of stock.
Every year starting December 28, you can apply for the New Year's Card.
If you accumulate more than 100 SA points, you can choose another item of your choice from the A / B / C / D group item group.
Please try to choose a different type of item from the one you chose before. More point items will be added all the time, so please check frequently to find the latest point item offerings.
Delivery of point items(prize)
The requested point item will be automatically included in your next purchase from the SA Official Store.
SA Point Expiration Date
SA Points will not expire, and you can continue to accumulate SA Points. However, SA Points will expire if you withdraw or cancel your SA App membership.

- I made a mistake with my password.
- Please note that your password will be locked for 15 minutes if you make a mistake 5 times. If you want to change your password, please log out and reset it by clicking "Forgot your password?
- About sending an "authentication code" for new member registration
- The "verification code" you receive via email will be valid for 3 minutes. If you send it to the wrong address, another Verification Code code can be sent after 60 seconds.
- About your birth date on your profile screen
- Once your date of birth is set, you cannot modify it. If you would like to modify it, please contact us.
- I registered a different email address in the SA Official Store and SA App.
- Please contact us via Contact Us giving us both email addresses and identifying the one you want to use. We will change your email address to the one you requested once we have verified your identity for both accounts.
- When will the New Year's cards be added to the inventory?
- We plan to start around December 28th every year. The stock is limited, so please wait until the next year if there is no stock.
- I placed an order at the SA Official Store, but it is not reflected in my SA Points.
- SA points are usually awarded for eligible purchases at the SA Official Store two to three business days after shipment is completed. If you have not received your points after one week, please contact us with your order number.
- I have applied for SA point items but have not received them yet.
- SA point items will be included with your order at the SA Official Store after you have applied. If you have not yet placed your order, please do so at the SA Official Store. Your point item will be available for 90 days from the date of application, so please make sure to place an order at the SA Official Store within 90 days.
- I didn't receive the SA Point item that was supposed to be included in the package.
