Shipping Fees and Order Processing Time

For US orders over $40.00, shipping is free. For US orders under $40.00, we will charge a flat rate of $7.90 for shipping (*this excludes Sonny Angel’s Japanese Snacks. See below for shipping information on this item).

For orders shipping to Canada, we charge a flat rate of $25 USD (shipping and pre-paid customs clearance and duties).

Most orders are shipped within 3-7 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. Processing times can depend on how many orders are received. Slower periods may see processing times between 2-4 business days. High traffic periods (such as new releases) have a 5-7 business day processing time and may take up to 10 business days to be processed and shipped. All orders are processed in the order they are received. We ask for your patience during high traffic periods! 

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping addresses cannot be changed and orders cannot be cancelled after shipment. We are not responsible for mistyped addresses. If your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order for assistance. 

If you are looking to ship to a hotel, please place an order at least two weeks in advance of your stay. When you place an order, please enter your check-in and check-out dates and reservation name in the Address 2 field (apartment/suite/unit #).

Sonny Angel's Japanese Snacks cannot be ordered with other items.

3 boxes have a shipping fee of $76.50

This item ships directly from Japan. Shipping may take 7-10 business days.

Restrictions on Shipping

We DO NOT ship to resellers, distributors, LLCs, storage facilities, warehouses, transshipping agencies, or freight forwarders.

Please note that some orders may be adjusted or cancelled by us without any notice for one of the following reasons:

  • Bulk purchase which appears to be for resale.
  • Order requesting shipment to a forwarding service agency. We deliver only to the USA and Canada.  For orders to ship elsewhere in the world, please visit
  • Multiple or duplicate orders that go beyond order limits.

If your package was not delivered, please contact the shipping company directly with the tracking number provided in the "Shipping Confirmation Email".
