Shipping Fees and Order Processing Time

Shipping is free for US orders over $55.00. For US orders under $55.00, we will charge a flat rate of $6.00 for shipping (*this excludes Sonny Angel’s Japanese Snacks. See below for shipping information on this item).

For orders shipping to Canada, we charge a flat rate of $25 USD (shipping and pre-paid customs clearance and duties).

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Most orders are shipped within 3-7 business days. High traffic periods (such as new releases or restocks) may take up to 10 business days to ship. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. As processing times can vary depending on order volume, we ask for your patience during high traffic periods! 

You can change your shipping address or cancel your order from the order confirmation page within 3 hours of placing your order (link available in the confirmation email). If this window has passed or you can't access the link, please contact us as soon as possible for assistance. We do our best to correct or cancel orders by request, but changes are not guaranteed after orders are placed. Shipping addresses cannot be changed and orders cannot be cancelled after shipment. We are not responsible for mistyped or incorrect addresses–orders that are returned to sender due to an incorrectly entered address or a delivery access issue are not eligible for reshipment. 

If you plan to ship to a hotel, please place your order at least two weeks in advance of your stay. When you place an order, please enter your check-in and check-out dates and reservation name in the Address 2 field (apartment/suite/unit #).

  • Bulk purchase which appears to be for resale.
