If your package was not delivered, please contact the shipping company directly with the tracking number provided in the "Shipping Confirmation Email".

・SA points are awarded for eligible purchases at the Sonny Angel Official Online Store once per month. If you have not received your points after 30 days, please contact us with your order number.

・If you are already a Sonny Angel USA Official Store member please register as a new App member using the same email address as you use to access the Sonny Angel USA Official Store. If you registered using a different email address, please use the 'Contact Us' page below and give us both email addresses, identifying the one you want to use. We will change your email address to the one you requested once we have verified your identity for both accounts.
