To prepare for a smooth transition, please review the following information regarding SA point items and the transfer of SA points.
New SA Point Item Reservations & Final Order Date for Item Bundles
The last day to reserve new point items on the current Sonny Angel App will be Monday, September 28, 2026.
The last day to bundle and receive your reserved point items will be Wednesday, September 30, 2026.
Customers who have already claimed items or will apply for new point items must place orders on the Sonny Angel Official Online Store USA by Wednesday, September 30, 2026, to receive items.

Unfulfilled Point Items - After the Deadline
Please note that if you apply to reserve point items but do not place an order by Wednesday September 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM (ET), your application will be automatically canceled.
You can re-apply for canceled point items through the new app once it is released.
Please be aware that inventory for canceled point items will not be reserved. When claiming again in the new app, please select your desired items from the point items displayed on the claim screen.
Point Item Lineup in the New App
Point items available for redemption in the new app will feature the same lineup as the current app.
We plan to introduce new point items sequentially in the future. Please stay tuned!
SA Points for Purchases Made Before and After the New App Release
Rest assured that SA points will continue to be awarded as usual for orders placed on the online store with the release of the new app.
In addition, you will be able to transfer your current SA points by creating a new account on the new app using the same email address registered with the Sonny Angel Official Online Store USA and linking it to your store account.
Your existing points will be automatically transferred. However points will not be awarded for orders placed on the new app if your account registration is not complete at the time of purchase.
Points cannot be retroactively added for orders placed prior to completing your registration on the new app.
Therefore, we kindly ask you to register for the new app as soon as possible once it is released.
We will continue our efforts to enhance our services to make the Sonny Angel App even more enjoyable.
